We plan to have tickets available for sale at the event gate, however this will depend on what level of COVID-19 restrictions are in place in November 2021. As part of our current COVID-19 Safety Plan we must have up to date contact details for all attendees, which unfortunately means if the current restrictions remain in place, tickets will not be available for purchase at the gate and will need to be purchased online, prior to arriving at the entrance gate.
All tickets will be emailed to the purchaser and provided you have access to your email on your mobile phone or tablet, tickets can be scanned direct from your mobile device at the entry gate.
We will have Customer Service staff stationed in a small ticket box at the gate, however they will only be able to assist with lost tickets enquiries and the issue of companion card holder tickets.
